Was building in Beta, and I noticed that developed planets seem to hog all the resources, leaving basicaly none for the planets just getting started.

I think that the more developed planets need be giving more resources to the underdeveloped planets, instead of the opposite.

I know from first hand experience that it is a annoyance, and hope it will be fixed.
however sometimes i even notice the resources beeind drawn to a planet that has no value, leaving me with a misseral 2K resources on my SY planet.

Best suggestion i got so far, build the Star Port, but pause it!
just put up some mines and let it gather while your waiting for the tech to go up.
Once your done almost done the planet, i usualy build three Mantle extractors and lhave around zero and four factories. than un-pause the StarPort and leave it as a small mining base.
