hehehehe I do love Star Trek, grew up watching it with my dad, I check out STO a while back when i saw it in gamer pro I think was only bout 4-5months ago, didn't know it got canned XD
but if you can Goth I would love to beta that game =D

Star Trek Online was the working title of an MMORPG, previously being developed by Perpetual Entertainment, which was announced on September 7, 2004.
On January 14, 2008, Perpetual Entertainment announced that it is no longer developing Star Trek Online. The license for the game and all of its assets except for the code have been transferred to an undisclosed Bay Area development studio. On January 18th, all STO developers were laid off by P2 Entertainment.
if this is true then it gonna be another game like duke nukem forever, which was supposed to come out 10yrs ago lol

The devs are currently still in well what devs do...development. My sources are probaly better than GT's youtube sources. I am currently awaiting an e-mail from the beta server, so when they comes through if not already then you'll know.

jez louise ... heres the truth ... Perpetual out rights now with cryptic simple.
look keep the faith apart from not dressing in a trek uniform i for 1 am one of the oldest trek computer gamers online and i can assure people on here that STO is still alive and working behind the scenes granted news is hard to get hold of right now but since non-disclosures and the likes are in place all we can say is NEW LICENSEE ...
