If your using the GCQ then it will keep you logged in if your using it, you can toggle an auto login option in View > Options but thats about it, The website itself as fattie said, does not have a logout button.

Jup cookies, there is no log-off button, but if you close all instances of DS from your brouwser and delete the cookies linked to Darkspace.net the next instance you load Darkspace.net you will be logged out.
(May require some basic knowlage of your internet browser or some searching in the Options.)
