At times in the mv i see planets beeing built by new ppl that have no clue on what their doing. And at times when we try to explain to them how they should do it, mostly just ignores it. Some ppl listing and tries, but as it takes time to build an planet from scratch some ppl just dont have the time to learn it 100%.
This is pretty boring as no one realy want to scrap the whole planet just to build it up again. Its time wasting and not much profitt either.
Sugestion:
As the newbie and admiral server is the training ground for ppl, id say that ppl should learn to build there. And when they get to the mv they should have like 50 or 500 construcktion points to be allowd to build at all. This way we know that the ppl have atleast abit more experience in building.
OR
Well i dont know if torturial is dificult to make, but if u could make one about building would be pretty great. Should be relativly easy to make as u only need to have message post coming up at time...?
Dunno if this is posible but would make the life in MV alot easier.

Learning is an experience of the game. I'm afraid this is going to keep happening, and it's just something you'll have to live with. Players have to start somewhere once they leave the smaller servers. A tutorial is possible, but any amount of free time we have is usually spent on working on the game, rather than a tutorial.
This is rather low priority, and more of an intolerance of new players, than a bug, or game play issue.

Is their a way we (as in the playerbase), could write up tutorials?

That requires having access to the entire DS script API, and I know I for one am not comfortable with just letting any old folk try and give it a go (because you can do certain things in player servers with that kind of knowledge).
If you want to write a tutorial, do Chromix's LUA test, pass it (without cheating, and he can tell, as can we), and learn that way. Once you've learnt a bit of the API stuff, you can quite easily, with quite a bit of free time, write a tutorial.

i think he means writing a guide, rather then creating a tutorial where you actually do something
