- Made it so corruption can only take up to 50% of the planets income, before it could take up to 100% leaving your planet in a no-win situation since you must spend credits on security to reduce corruption. Additionally, lowering income tax reduces corruption as well.
- Made credits spent on enviroment clean up pollution a little better.
- Changed the display of the planet budget to make it a bit easier to understand.
- Added credits after structure maintance costs are taken, so you should see the planets credits increase the same as displayed in the budget window.
- Reduced the chances to capture a ship by a factor of 5, thus making it much harder.
