The reason they are neutral is they arent part of that scenario(most scenarios the gate doesnt even exist)... There are other scenarios where they are part of it and they are selectable though, you just havent played those ones yet... Scenarios arent like the mv, they tell the story.
Also, why would the devs spend hours upon hours prebuilding planets? That will just make bombing worse... player x is the only one on the scenarios, so he goes and bombs everything red and gets 1000 prestige in 10 minutes...

Really?
And how many hours in the last month did you spend working to maintain or develop a game which you obviously don't care about?
And obviously DarkSpace is still here to play is because of these same, uncaring Staff, who sit on their backsides, don't run events, do absolutely nothing to try and maintain some level of morale in the community, blatantly ignore all of the current issues and problems with the game as well as not moderating or acting as intermediaries for disputes between players, not posting in forums or interacting with the community in any form, making absolutely no effort to promote the game or maintain a least of modicum of awareness that it exists...
It oh-so-obvious we don't care.
Thank you for telling us that, it really helps.

...
Well this thread didn't take long to sink to dev bashing.
All combat days are fine in theory but in reality the only people who would participate in them are exactly the ones who actually go into the MV for combat on any normal day, and the other bomber newbs wouldn't care - if they weren't kicked/banned/'splodeyboomed for flying a bomber they'd just be flying said bomber & nuking the crap outa everything in sight, and if they were then they'd just log & go play counterstrike 1.6 or whatever version can still be hacked.
Solution? Tough it out & keep paying and praying till the resourcer is back online.

New Idea... Why not I make some maps with A.I. Guarding planets that you can Bomb but not easily like have 4 A.I. Per planet and have the planets built completely, have map reset every 30 - 20 min.... If prestige was turned on I am sure people would use it. What do you think?

The Point of the map would to be able to press farm it so our younger users can get big ships and in long run more battles in MV and higher players base... You need to see the big picture not just the here and now.

Hold your hands up by your ears.
Search around a bit.
I doubt you'll find a gun pointing to your head.
You're perfectly justified in thinking that the game isn't what it should be (especially when comparing it to past versions), but after nearly two years of this particular patch, it's clear that the next one won't be along any quicker regardless of how stongly/frequently people complain, so it might be better to sit out a while.
