Nothing bigger than a scout, frigate or transport would actually land on a planets surface. Destroyers and up require orbital facilities.

Yeah, what being the size of small islands plus...

Nitwit: "Hey, isn't that Australia?"

Guy in the know: "No, nitwit, that's a dreadnought."

Nitwit: "Ooooooooh."

*pause*

Nitwit: "Is that one Australia?"

Guy in the know: *palmface*

Well obviously stations and dreads wouldnt be able to.. but cruisers are a lot smaller.. but considering the size compared to planets, it would barely fit into the united states alone

And I wondered why I have coeus on ignore in DS... Then things like this remind me..

Anyways the "great community" ds has is only for the stereotypical straight guys... Even the mods let them get away with convos that "noobs" would get banned for

If you continue to bicker about this, I can forsee this thread being locked.

You don't need to be a mod to know that, so if you do want help, I'd suggest steering away from this topic (even if you are/n't to blame).

Deviant art is a good place to start to look for sci-fi stuff, and drawings of buildings.

Lock the thread pls, less topics for uberposters to gain post counts off of jk

Anyways, your best idea to look for good sci-fi ideas is actually searching on your favorite search engine yourself. I mean because asking other people to find it for you wont get the stuff that you like. It gets you what that specific person likes, but not what you like. Just try basic keyword searches and then slim down with more searches for the graphics you want to base your drawings off of.
