Finally found my art pencil from School.. cant draw anything decent with these cheap no. 2 pencils.
Well, since I cannot get into ds I cannot get my own screenshots.. I just need a screenshot of the ugto fighters, a cruiser, and if possible, what the sy/def base looks like(the image you get on the right site when you click it) so I can get something from it to be able to draw a concept of a ugto city

Found some cruiser shots, thanks for the fighter.... anyone on ugto want to get shots of the sy/def bases? I can just create a completely concept version of it all, but want to see what they look like in the description box.

So just wanted to know if the buildings in the F3 screen look like they might actually look good in artwork of a ugto city? Last I remember they look more like they would be ICC-styled... Anyways, I hope to get started, I have an idea for a couple of buildings like the Def bases and Quantum Generator, but the shipyard is the part I am having problems coming up with an idea for. Since the shipyard will basically be the focus point, I need to have an idea for that before I actually start drawing the picture. I plan on it being something like:
_________________________________Background
Quantum Generator, Ships, City Buildings
_________________________________Horizon
Shipyard, Cruiser taking off
_________________________________Foreground
Defense base/Fighter base with fighters/missles flying up
Ah speaking of missles, can someone get me a screenshot of an IT Missle close up?(I think ugto uses IT for def, right?)

Given the appearance of UGTO craft, and the roots of one distinct fleet, I've always pictured the UGTO shipyards as being aquatic. Conventionally, as floating oceanic platforms... artistically (and for barren worlds), as huge curvy complexes with even larger oval pools of an orange gel-like fluid, the largest of which can berth Dreadnoughts. The dreadnoughts descend and, instead of deploying landing gear or settling into massive scaffolds, plop into the pool and are naturally shock absorbed, slowed, and held afloat by the gel, until docking scaffolds extend to firmly anchor the craft. Large structures overlook and fluidly surround the landing pools, with gleaming gold and tan walls.

Remember the invented Inertial Dampeners so even a shock at 600G wil feel like a riding with a bicycle over a gardenhoze.
Becous we realy would not want to have a broken bone surprize every time we activated our FTL drive.

Only the ugto would shove giant flying phallic symbols into huge gels of goo to "dock"
Next thing you know, they'll be docking ships into a rubber model of their outer hull.......

hey! We have cover the ships with something when it rains on ocean worlds or the armor rusts. Think of it like a car-cover.

Well it didn't take long for this to turn phallic... nice job Sardy!
I've always pictured the shipyards as something Starfleet-like for UGTO, like something out of Firefly for ICC, and a beehive honeycomb for K'Luth... but thats just me.

That actually sounds like a pretty cool idea, maybe with nursery ships feeding the growing ones, then plugging them up with wax for a time.
