ok you know how you get hull damage... well i was thinking since there has to be people runing the ship that when you get hull damage you loose ship personell and you have to orbit a planet to get some of the systems back online. in other words it would take a serton number of ship presonell to use one device or anoher like ie drives req 10 personell each and wep 6 personell each ect... you get the idea ... 
also this would have need for a new way to gain press... ship personell lost.... ship personell given.

No offense intended but from what im reading, it seems you want people to gain press for taking hull damage. Which sounds very weard about the concept that you gain prestige for getting owned.

Which is why the idea might not be supported highly. Cause you get prestige for getting pawnt. Which would sort of be like getting prestige for blowing your ship up....
