In the interests of peace this report is also being sent to the UGTO senate on Earth and the ICC council on Exathra.
Early this morning 3 scientists working aboard the Manadible class dreadnaught Continuum made an astonishing discovery, the ship was running standard scans of the area when it was noticed that the Inner core nebula and the nicea 4456 dust clouds where accelerating towards Oblivion Minor 112 and its moons. Although the rate is still very small, the two massive clouds will eventually be completely consumed by this gas giant class planet. This additional mass will tip this already very dense planet over the edge, and as a result nuclear fusion will begin occur in its core.
The resulting pulse of energy is likely to destroy the two moons closest to the new star, Martus and Centaurious, however, Lex will be pushed out into a safer orbit by the wave, and the gas drawn to it from the two clouds as they fall into the gas giant will give it an atmosphere. This planet is likely to be come a terran class, and highly supportive of life.
The wave released from the formation will be incredibly damaging to ships and stations in the area at the time. The exact date for the ignition is not known, however it will be sometime in august 2275 (earth calendar). This report has been sent now so all bases in the area have sufficient time to evacuate and dismantle, and so that all of our governments have enough time to prepare the worlds of nearby systems for the effects of the wave.
Our scientists have already begun work upon a set of carefully positioned anti-matter warheads to deflect the wave away from nearby planets, it is suggested that the UGTO and ICC do the same.
