@ sixkiller, not necessarily. Players will likely need to help each other out to be able to complete this. This thread can be used for sharing information, and onceit is known and public, the information will be updated in the Clues section.
Doing otherwise will take away too much of the fun and challenge.
Also, something relevant to this event has been posted here.
It is annoying as it has prevented some other Event related stuff from getting done.

From the current hint, it might be possible that:
Neither station is within the area of Barnard's Star or Kapteyn's Star
or
Neither station is within the area of any star
or
The stations are in some way called "Neither station" are in fact within a star.

Well, did a quick player search for the Pirate Station. And it seems it is offline. Kind of not worth looking for if it is going to be turned off.

Depends when you did that search really. At the time when you posted the MV had crashed. I don't know where the account would go, but it's probably been in the MV for the time that it's been up.

The online/offline status is irrelevant. Both Stations are in the MV, and very much active.
Well done in discovering this much, though.

i read that histroy report twice, im guessing one station is near icc space since the pirates stoped there attck on the sol sector when ugto was formed

We probably need one more clue to renew interest (up to you, of course). At the moment they're quite cryptic, which is fine, but probably too few for anyone to make any progress with at the moment.
