you dont really BUY into it, like some kind of investment.... These credits come straight out of MY PROFILE.... so This is just me being charitable... with the credits i get from selling the salvage of those I have dictored. So remember folks: when you are dictored by me, you are contributing to a charity....

Congratulations!.... We will work out a way to get these to you (we will need a third party so we can be on the same team in the admiral server, or something).
To answer some questions: I keep my dictor HIGHLY mobile, hitting my target and then moving on quickly, because I know fleets form quickly to try and strike down dictors. And, yes, your AD would be tax deductable, even tho I dont hold down ADs while a "bunch" of PDs whoop you.... maybe one PD...
