first of all.. Tylenol PM? HAHA who pays money for that crap?
Go to a doctor, get tranquilizers. If you cant, get ambien, if you cant, get offbrand benadryl(diphenhydramine) its whats in tylenol pm.. take about 4 of those, thats 100mg. That will work.
