My buffer was 2 odd gig in size. GCQL was so slow, it took 30 seconds for the message screen to refresh when I sent a message.

...There is no bloody way I could tolerate all of that. If I ever got that many messages (and, considering how I can be gone like a month and only get 180-something, it's most likely not going to happen), I would have to really, really hurt someone. I would be so driven into insanity that I would develop the technology to open a portal through my internet connection that could be accessed by simply putting my hand through the monitor... and then weave the choke hold through the innumerable connections of the internet... and then, all at once, strangle every single person who contributed to that mass of nonsensical... goop.
Not even EVE, sitting innocently as the first program bar in the start menu, bothers me as much as the idea of having all of those messages.
I think I want to cry after that.
