Hmm.. the ship might not see any use.. As said above, these roles are already taken by ships with no cruiser-below limits.. Unless l.he depot ship had some special feature eg higher amount of ships able to repair, or high speed of repair, or the ship being repaired can't take damage as it is encased in another ship, etc etc

Sayin, like Doran said. Supply stations and supply ships. Why do we need to sit inside the station? There's no need.

Because it would look cool, obviously.

Just sit under the station and it takes all the hits and repairs at the same time.

Maybe it could allow them to sy, so many ships.

bring the ship out, have a mx number of ships it can hold, players dock, and bring other ships out dock those. Get in the one they want, move to enemy system and then have a TC and a bomber, or soem such combo available to them in the event they die or need a differnet ship

We really don't need more supply ships, there are enough, and they fill their roles perfectly... Adding more could just make things worse.

Like a recipe.

The more things you add, the more you have to perfect those things to work with the others. You keep those ingredient numbers down, and you don't have to do as much work and can keep it simple. Less to go wrong.
