I can only say, wow . . . I really wish I could not believe this.
Jack has been around forever, and he has always been active and supportive to Darkspace and the people he plays it with. He speaks forcefully, but I can understand that, and I've never seen him flame. It will truly be a loss to us if he is leaving.
I don't know why he's leaving, and I would really love to think this is hoax. (Of course since he's posted here already . . . I'm afraid it's not.)
I honestly can't remember the first time I ran into Jack, however I do remember other times, mostly when my ship was coming apart around me . . .
He was and is, to use the classic phrasing, an officer and a gentleman. I hope that he will be able to return soon, or is at least able to return period.
Hope to find a bit more information, but with or without, I'll miss you.
Oh and Para, WTH was all that about, I've read 'Attn', and your 'I miss darkspace' threads, and nowhere does jack seem to be upset. Nor do either of you appear to be flaming. Did I miss a thread?
