Can't get into Beta? |

Hmm... I'm having a large amount of touble logging into DSB, namely as it won't let me. It just says "Failed to connect to server" as if the server was.
I'M goingto try Dorans latest Files... hopefully they'll work!

It's not working! =(
Even with all of your files DLed and Overwritten the orignals it doesn't work for me, Instead of the "failed to conect to..." Error i now get:
C:/....... Is Not a Valid Win 32 application.
I get this error for all the Applications in DS beta.
Also all the Config files and Any text file's in DS Beta folder are all blank.
As you could have guessed by now i am completey stumped and need someone's help to get Beta working me...

Okay, on Jack's advice i went from the Darkspace lobby -> Beta Lobby and upgraded frmo there. but when i went to join Jupiter.palestar, the first time it loaded and crashed just before the screen goes black and the laoding bars appears and the secound time i tried it instead of crashing come up with "Failed to connect to server" and took me back to the Beta lobby... Please people i need help!

when i unzip it, it gives me an error saying:

Installing the release client, clicking "lobby" and selecting beta, then updating worked for me. It also for some reason allows me into the release servers without updating so i can play on both versions without a hiccup.

was compressed using winzip10, which appearently not all that compatible with earlier versions, so there's also a .rar option

Using the release client, click on the Lobby icon and select Darkspace Beta. This will take you to the Beta Lobby. Here you will be able to click the Update button and download all the Beta files.

I extracted the complete file and I still had problems with it not working.
I also tried accesing the darkspace beta lobby by clicking on the lobby icon and then updating it, and it still failed.
Could you give a complete walkthrough of how to fix this problem?

That might be because you live far away from the server, or your ISP has a sucky connection to the server.

By the way im not sure if it has been mentioned but run ur setup after you update everything to make sure your res. and internet sett. is all good, i noticed whenever i tried to run beta after an update i couldnt get in till i ran it.
