He has a surprising number of posts considering how infrequently he has been posting over the last.. howevermany months.
Still.. I passed him up a while ago, so it doesn't matter to me.

No, he didn't. Sure, there are plenty of posts there, but Demorian is no more chatty there than he is out here. He used to be more active, of course, and that held true for GTN as well - but there are no threads there where one can merely increase their post count.

Point A. Quality posts outweigh quanitiy.
Point B. Dem > Jack because A. Dem possesses both Quality and Quantity while Jack took on the epitome of quantity.
Point C. I propose that one day out of the year, we completely suspend any and all posting rights on Jacks account, and then create a thread entitled 'Lets see how much we can spam this thread in one day'.

I can post quality when it's needed and when I feel the need too. IE, threads in which someone is trying to outdo my l33t system specs, or for instance, needs help with a problem (doesn't have to be DS related). I will reply, and help, in any possible way. I also often post as if I were speaking to someone. Instead of say, writing eveything in one line, I'll say one thing, then wait for a few replies, and say the next. That way, it keeps the conversation, and topic, going a lot longer than if I just posted once. The topic would mearly die. You see, without me, A) The forum would be a ghost town. B) Topics would be dropped off the LT list like hot cakes. C) Barthezzz would be the #1 poster, and we can't have that.
So you see, I play my vital roll in this community, but no one seems to realise. I actualy went away for two weeks once, and only 23 new posts had been made in the entire time I had gone... 23. Yet with me, there's a lot more, and I often say things that people can reply too. For instance, I know Ent's going to come back with some witty reply, or now the fact that I've said that, he may not just to try and prove me wrong, or will be not do th.... etc, etc. Or Shig will say something to make me feel bad, and then act all mean later, and then smile, and make me all goospimply inside...
Anyway...
