"Innocent until proven guilty" holds no water outside a courtrom. Life itself should teach you that.
The problem with your example is, of course, the lack of witnesses in the second incidence.

You know, dodging the question and trying to take this into a context completely unrelated, is does not get you out in the clear.
You damn near damanded proof, so now we will too. Prove that ICC didnt do it, and we'll shush.

Indeed Frankyboy...It seems only ICC see the lack of evidence..But wait, go ask Nim. He was the station there, and infact, he wasnt even NEAR the WH area, he wouldnt have had time to spawn it, and then move away, he wouldnt have been able to fit in the area to make the WH, due to it being VERY close to the planet. Ask rogerdevil, but of course, he's ICC and will most likely defend this. Ask taxi the icc in a bomber dread, that popped up in Alpha Centari, minutes after this WH poped up. Then again, he's ICC. So indeed, only ICC see the lack of evidence, when the other factions know about this tactic, hate this tactic, and want this bug fixed.
