those pictures dont show anything, except someone not jumping when at 17% hull, wich should make you wonder. Now he says he told you he had jump bug. Now your free wether or not to keep attacking, it just aint nice to kill someone with jump bug.
About the AFK kill, Dragonslayer, just DONT go afk, if you get killed afk, so be it. Dont blame him. He could have just capped the planet and let the defense blow you up. But in the end you still end up dead.

well lets see there dragon i can have three of these fourms just about you on the same thing... once i was in a station you nim and ronco :i believe is his name" kept attacking when i opened a Wh and my station passed righ through it and I yelled out im bugged and what did you do??????? oh ya kept attacking and attacking and attacking... and what was the responce i got? IT HAPPENS TO ALL OF US... LIVE WITH IT...
That was before Borgie even started playing Joined FS or started playing DS....
Ok the second time i was in a jump cruser and i bombed one of your planets... you were on my tail i was 3k gu away from planet and i couldnt jump i yelled jump bug got no responce but i can tell you i died... did i cry about that one either????
And last dont know who many times i was AFK and been killed... if you go AFK then jump far far away or dock your ship.... its all part of the game or in your words IT HAPPENS TO ALL OF US... LIVE WITH IT...

And about being afk, I suppose you can sit in orbit of a friendly planet for 10 minutes, but don't think that you are entitled to absolute safety and others are required to not attack you.
