With immediate effect It gives me great pleasure to announce that a state of military co-operation exist between the factions of Kluth and Ugto.
The Kluth and Ugto will from this moment on until the end of the alliance is publically anounced will respect each others borders and planets and giving free access rights for travel.
The Kluth and Ugto will no longer fire on each other.
I understand that there will be players that will not respect this time of co-operation and vigilance will be requested by both sides.

would be a good idea to name the persons/fleets that have agreed to this. as the whole of UGTO clearly have not.

I personally hate the k'luth. So I believe an alliance with them is like an alliance with the ICC, worthless. No offense to anyone who actually lets other players go that miss shoot a gate or get lagged, or something out of theri control... But I shall never and i repeat never ally myself with a K'luth, especially Wolf fleet.
