I have recently fallen to the very bad luck of having a mother who does not know how to deal with computers properly (she decided to mess wiht the system files instead of just removing a simple CD from the drive!) and not having a computer connected to the internet of my own.
So i won't be able to play
a) until she has fixed this computer as she keeps messing with it. and
b) i've downloaded and re-installed and updated darkspace.
So i'll see you all when i get back on.

Format, reinstall, reboot. Easiest and most simple way to fix corrupted system files.

If it is a newer comp... like HP or Dell... they have a re-intall feature...
It rolles back your Computer to the day it rolled of the manufactures floor... I botched up my old HP a coulple years ago and sure enough i just did the re-insdtall and whammy all was fixed....
Of course i had to reinsall everything else i had before but hey my comp was fixed...

Strat, i know what to do. she did that, but installed windows twice, buggerd up loads of the drivers, set the defults wrong and all sorts... but its working now, so i should be returning shortly
