Don't remember seeing a post like this, if there is one ignore me 
The editor allows you to make a scenario map balanced, but it is only balanced by the number of players on each side. It would be nice to have a second option that balances by rank. My sugestion for this would be to assign each rank a numerical value, then balance the factions based upon this value.
o Midshipman: 1
o Ensign: 2
o 2nd Lieutenant: 3
o 1st Lieutenant: 4
o Lieutenant Commander: 5
o Commander: 6
o Captain: 7
o 2nd Rear Admiral: 8
o 1st Rear Admiral: 9
o Vice Admiral: 12
o Admiral: 13
o Fleet Admiral: 14
o Grand Admiral: 16
Thus if one faction had 3 2nd LT, 1 LtC, 2Cpt, a 2RA and one 1RA, they would total 38points.
And the second faction had a FA and an Adm (27points), only a 1st RA or lower could join that faction.
The numbers could probably use some tweaking, but I think it would be a nice addition for scenarios.

Scenarios aren't comming back...nuff said.

We're still allowed to make our own and list the servers are we not?
There for it would be a usefull addition.
