5 million credit coupon errors |

Apparently, problems regarding the 5 million credits coupons are rampant among the old and new players here, which includes me. Many people are having problems having their coupons get redeemed successfully, and, perhaps, they should state their problem here.
My particular problem seems out of the ordinary: I redeemed the coupon and received the "COUPON REDEEMED!" message. However, in game, I still only had the 1.2 million I have had for years. I figured it took time to have my credits updated, so I waited before complaining. It has now been two days, and still no sign of the credits.
My acct number is 53483, just so you don't have to spend 2 seconds looking it up. Needst thou mine coupon number? Nay but ask, and thou shalt receive.

put in the coupon number, hit the big happyness button, told me the number was invalid. checked it over 3 times, was the right number, still didnt work

Aye. So seems to be the problem of most. And, of course, anyone who says they have that problem simply gets the reply "Oh make sure you're using the right coupon if you have 2 accounts on that same email."
Yes. Yes, we know that. To explain further: no, it still doesn't work. Hope i saved someone from feeling obligated to post that here.
