That is why yu do not do something like that unless you are absolutly sure you can lift it... maybe if this guy, who imo didn't look like he could lift 250, had worked up to it and say jumped the last 20-40 punds to the weight he was trying to lift, he may have not gotten hurt, and more likely killed. Stupid people, doing stupid stuff... I don't even think this guys "90% of his muscles" where in his brain. If they where he wouldn't have tried this.

I have seen major power-lifters strain to lift that kind of weight (or at least what it looked like to me) and they are training all thier life...

I can think of only one other thing to sum up my thoughts on this...
