Bug with syncing planet diamonds |

Sometimes it happen to me that diamonds (both ship view and F3 build mode as engineer) get out of sync ...
and then buildings appears at different place as i'm selecting and bulding ...
usually helps leaving game and returning or ... login to mod mod and back ...
but this should be fixed as normal user will find it confusing it ....
if above description isn't enough i can try replicate (it was not hard to replicate) and get screenshots ....

I was building Sag Hotha and found the diamonds from opposite side of planet were clickable, causing the planet veiw to rotate and building go on opposite side of planet most times when trying to select a buiding site.
Incident was pre update may 27th.

thank god ... someone was able replicate it ... was funny before i reported this still exist i was able replicate it at any time .... after report it refused to replicate 
this happen when u forgot made screenshots ....

I Noticed on that screenshot that the moral shows Ok, but there politicly unstable and ready to revolt. It that normal? Ok moral=revolt?

no, but often the revolt pending status pops up at low morale, and doesnt go away untill its back up at high
and the luna bug with the diamonds is still cropping up, ran into a few planets yesterday that had it (didnt know just which ones)
