Good episode, they shoulda done it further down the line though where the loss of a major character is a possibility

Watched the show from the beginning, and liked it quite a bit. However, when the World Series came on in the Fall, my local UPN station decided to move Enterprise to a 12 midnight timeslot on Saturday. I only discovered this halfway through the season. Nice way to reduce a show's ratings and get it bumped.

Go figure.

Yeah, in Terre Haute where I go to school, the local UPN affiliate airs Enterprise at around 12 am Sunday morning, which would be pain in the butt, except that I'm usually still up then anyway. I'm sad to see it go, since Season 4 has had, and will have some very good episodes, but maybe their pulling out all the stops since it is the last season.

Finally.

Personally, I despise Enterprise. I think TNG, DS9, Voyager, and even TOS were better.

I'll go back into hiding.

What's TOS?

I'm not good with acronyms.

Personally, good riddance. I never like a show that decides to exploit a large fanbase, especially when it does so by re-writing storied sci-fi history. And that was the pure purpose of the show, to keep trek fans entertained, even while destroying the original stories intended by Gene Roddenberry. He must have been turning over in his grave the last 4 years.

When you write a story, stick by it. And base all future stories on what has already been written. You can't just go back and re-write history whenever it is convenient to you. You'll have your followers going around in circles trying to figure stuff out. Especially with trek followers, who are NOTORIOUSLY detail oriented.

Theres my beef. Later

Long time no see

Anyway adding my two cents heheh

The reason Enterprise failed is ....

A: Not because of the cast.
B: Not because of the music, I prefer the older music .... I hate the new music.
C: But Because the storys lasted an entire season .....

I had to watch episode after episode to see a new development to the story. If your going to do something like that, make a mini series for god sakes and air it all at once or something....

D: It broke sooooo many things, and I blame the ppl who "think they know what is good" in the world of television .... I wouldn't be surprised if the ppl that broke the show where also respobsible for survivor %^~**^^# ...

Rick Berman can be blamed for a lot of the storyline snafus - probably most notious for the TNG crowd is the episode Relics (which, btw, I remember because it was on last week - I'm not THAT big a geek ) where Scotty says something like "Jim Kirk is here to save me?" & yet in that horrid 7th movie - he was there when kirk bought it

As for the season-long storylines... that was one of my favorite parts of Babylon 5, the fact that the story wasn't limited to a single hour - same thing for DS9.

Now that I have proved my trekkie-geekness, I'll go wallow in sadness at my life
