Lady Luna registerd today, but it says she cannot log in becuase server is down she tried uninstalling and everything , but it says she still can't log in think you admins can help?

in the config file there may be a line saying "[GQL] Metaverse="jupiter.metaverse.com"...
Some people had problems loging in with that there.

erase that line from the .config file. Then try to log in. If it doesn't work, try erasing everything DS from your computer except the install and try again. This also means you need to go into the registry and erase ANYTHING with darkspace in the title. This will allow a clean install.
