I was bored, so I started to plan ahead for my next story. First is the teaser, then probably a cast of characters.
After nearly a decade of constant war, millions upon millions of lives lost, and countless ships destroyed, an uneasy truce has been negotiated between the three battling factions. Signatures have been inked, borders have been drawn and there is finally hope that a semblance of peace can be brought to the galaxy.
What were once ships of war are now ships of exploration, expanding far past what was considered the edge of space. New stars, planets, and resources are being discovered almost daily. Cooperation between government agencies is reported to be high. There are even rumors of technology exchanges between K'luth and humans, giving both the UGTO and the ICC access to the advanced anti-matter weapon and drive technology.
And culmination of the entire treaty is to be symbolised by the marriage of a K'luth and human.
But there are certain elements of all the factions that wish that the peace never grows old. Elements that were once foes, but now have a common goal: to plunge the galaxy back into war, one that may never end.

Just out of curiosity what humon woman would marry a Kluth? Specially since we look like bugs and we eat humans for dinner

I have question... Was there anything in writing somewhere that said the K'Luth are Insectiod or Crustatian or for that matter anything other than Humanoid?
I mean as far as I have read (unless I really missed something badly) the K'luth are just an "Unkown Alien Race"... Heck... look at all the "Alien Races" in Star Trek and Star Wars that are basically Humanoid... yet still alien to the human race? Has there been an Official description of what a K'Luth is or looks like?
