ROFL! Thats just funny - and I feel the pain, god knows how many forums I've sent to the big database in the sky by accident... lol.
I'm not too familiar with the older versions of PHPBB (and even less with the mods you guys have made to this one) but does the current admin panel have a function to backup the database? (Guessing no since it was a permi-delete).

Actually.. someone with DB access and too much free time at hands could restore them from the backup db...

Put the SQL file up (tables 'posts' and 'topics' I believe?) and I can extract the posts for this forum only and put them into a seperate SQL file for ya to use. Although... I'm assuming that forum=172 is the new designation - anyone remember the old one?
