And the "Look at the MV" argument I don't buy, as all of the factions have been on top at different times with the same balance. Its just momentarily not going your way.

The overwhelming majority of kluth that I play with do not use flux. While the majority of the ugto and some ICC I play against use it And hardly mount any torps if any at all.
And as to why kluth is on such a good run at the moment and the ICC are holding their own, maybe it is because that the majority of them do not use Flux
So maybe you should try and convince your fellow players that is flux not that uber and ugto may regain ground they have lost

well as i said in a previous post to a flux complaint:
why not place flux wave into an armour slot, that would greatly decrease the amount of flux being stacked on a ship, and also would give the flux user a disadvantage for stacking this overpowered weapon.
just my 2 1/2 cents worth
