Client keeps crashing Help !!

I only got the game to work one time. When i tried to start the program after I played that first time, after the install every time. I can get to the lobby and when i sellect a server to connect to it starts going.
As soon as it brings up the black screen with Dark Space in big letters and says it is loading data or something at the bottom with red bars it freezes. It only gets to that first bar lighting up. The game will freeze and the first time I can kill it: Ctrl - Alt - Del, But if I try once more it freezes my PC aswell.

so what do I do ?

any help would be great

PS (I have tried reinstalling, multiple times)
