Locked planets and it being enemy bombed |

How about a auto unlock being installed for planets that are being attacked. For example if a planet is locked at fleet admiral and is under attack. if there is noone around of that rank or higher to rebuild it asap then that faction will surely lose the planet. however if the auto unlock kicks in(back to midshipman) after the first enemy bomb/bombs hits the planets surface then anyone in the vicinity could come to the planets aid and possibly prevent it being captured by the enemy. just a thought

Trouble is, people would abuse it by bombing their own planets shields/cruddy buildings to unlock a planet.
