It is PaleStar's pleasure to announce that the long wait after the March-April moderator applications is about to come to an end. The ballots are printed, the voting booths are in place, the security guards have arrived, and voting has begun!
Keep your eyes on THIS thread for updated information, as there will not be a new post created to announce results.
Please understand that we want to give all current staff members a very fair chance to have their say, and as such the voting period will last until 12:00 AM on Saturday June 19, give or take a few hours. We ask that the candidates respect this period, as it is impossible that any "updates" or "vote counts" will be prematurely distributed, publicly or privately.
Once the voting is complete, Administrators will spend a day or two considering the input of the staff so they may finalize the decisions on each candidate. Of course, we ask that this period be as equally respected as the voting period. The lucky promotees will then be announced and will undergo a few training sessions over a couple of days in which they will be familiarized with the procedures and tools of the staff. They will then be given their green shirts and sent unto the wide world of GameCQ and DarkSpace to torment you all.
We appreciate everyone's patience over these last few months and we're as happy to begin this process as you are (or should be) to hear about it. We wish best of luck to all the candidates.
