ATTENTION All Players: We still need refs! Are you un-biased and interested? Give me a send!

The event will be planned for the coming weekend. Please post your availability here!
Whoever does NOT reply here will obviously not have a voice in the setting of the date and time!
RAVEN Players can use the Fleet Planner. The URL is in the Forum!
Also, all other input is appreciated.

First proposal:

Friday, 21:00 GMT

One Scenario Game will be played for the full duration of the Map, from the Ground up.
A Symmetric Map can be created, or a standard Map selected. In the first case, i would design a map, and have it approved by Shadow Pirates.
If a default map is used, please chose one:

My map proposal: BD, modified slightly for Resources and fairness and a 3 Hour runtime.

The winning Team is determined using the standard DS procedure. An uneven number of Flag Planets will be assured.

The minimum Team strenght is 10 Players. Maximum is whoever has the smallest number.
Players are allowed to change in for other Players that have to leave for whatever circumstances.

The Factions will be determind randomly by a Referee. Please voice your opinion if you want to rule out a specfic faction so it can be discussed.

Players from other Fleets may temporarly join the participating Fleets to take part in the Event. This must be discussed internally.

At first glance: Oh shut up....

In Reading: Hmmmmmm

After Reading: Cool?

In Closing: I let my fleet decide who's joining.

Not that it's a show-stopper, but isn't 21:00 GMT (9pm GMT) equal to 4pm EST and 1pm PST (pacific time). This would put a damper on any North American participation, especially for us working stiffs.

For me, an EST player, adding a little as 1 hour would make a huge difference, but I'll take what I can get and show up for what I can as this obviously should impact both fleets the same.

Well, its hard to schedule a international match on weekdays.
You'd end up with half the Players quitting work early and the other half stay up past 0100.
This is why it is so tough to find a Date compromise.

I suspect 2200 GMT is still feasible. Any later, tho, isnt.

I've made this POLL, please vote.
