that message i've got every time i try to log in the lobby from my DS client for the last 2 days and dont know why!? my friend also from Denmark got the same problem can somebody please help us???

Now I have tried everything to get into the lobby (remove DS/install it again, system restore, driver updates and so on) and i'm tired of all the problems with DS at the moment I can live with the lag and disconnect there sometimes is but if I can't even play why pay!! when the problem is solved I will subscribe again 'cause I like the game!...

Just for your information, I for example cannot log in at all myself. What am I supposed to do? This sucks!
Please help Faustus I cannot connect to GCQL. Hurry please! (unless your busy culling all names with the letter J, then I can wait.)

I had the same problem if u would have looked for similar posts for making this one you would have seen the answer to the problem and since i dont realy feel like posting the link cause im a tad bit tazy  ill just tell you what i did to fix the problem.
Go into your ds folder wich is usualy found in :C>Program files>palestar>darkspace and delete the config file.
It worked for me.

well deleting doesnt help for me ....... the problem that i posted got fixed somehow ... dont ask me how .... those bugs seem to have a life in ds anyways .... well phoenix posted something about adding some command line to the setup.ini .which should help if im not wrong .. just cant remember what it was neither i can find that post =(

and the last one who i forgot the name allready
you are trying to login with the beta client
install the normal release client please.
Beta is currently without any working login

@ kiddie i dont know if this will help but the username and password is case sensitive...ie capital letters do matter...maybe you used capitals in your password....i hope this helps

Maybe because you are?
Jimx, you received a letter stating that you're banned and why... thus, a "You are banned" message should not be overly surprising.
