I moved my toolbar up off the the screen by mistake [shown below] and i cant get it back, is there any way, ive already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client, is there any possible solution??
Toolbar at top of screen...

try lowering your screen resolution, keeping the program maximized. Then, restore the program, so its no longer maximized. Then raise your screen resolution. Hopefully the toolbar will be chilling out near the top but not too far past it. Then you should be able to drag it back to where you want it.

I had this prob,the only way i got it sorted was to uninst game then reinst,a bit drastic but it worked.

u cant click on the lower left hand corner where the tab is??? looks like you have enough space to grab it in that pic......

You can Grab the Bar in the Grey area between the Border and the Menu Item.

Checkout the registry, with regedit,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/PALESTAR/GCQL/
There are a number of toolbar setting.
Look for one where the XPOS is negative, and make it positive.
