DUDE, compress your JPGs better for a file with that many colours it should be well under 100k, you have a file thats over 300k big, seriously compress them better :
Sorry to burst your bubble, but unless you made that texture from scratch, the picture is pretty "MEH..." its been done a million time before by so many people : If it is all done by scratch, good work then :)
