Just an idea but what if a faction could some day be made of a group of UGTO and ICC maybe even "other" would no longer want to be entrenched in a war of attrition and decide to be neutral? Playable by us and a mix of UGTO/ICC technology. Its just a suggestion to provoke thought I havnt thought out any details whatsoever but I had it pop in my head...Carrier torp dread with 5 fighters 5 torps and a bad attitude.

This "neutral faction" wouldn't be fighting then. Thus the "neutral"...
Even if into fighting and stuff, this faction would be able to use most faction specific weapons/devices which is usually bad.

UGTO werent fighting Kluth until Kluth attacks hence in cenario Neutral faction would be assaulted first before they enter cenario.

Scenerios are going to phased out in the patch. Where would this faction fit in the MV then?
