There are 2 Reasons why a UNITED ICC will not become a reality...
1, some players cant or wont play with other players.. due to attitudes, differences in skill, loyality/ trustworthyness, and previous encounters.
2, Some fleets have been arround longer and dont want to give up there $# .. so in the case of SLDF, It was formed from Z.
Get past these things and a unified fleet will work

you also somehow have to get past loyalties. i for one am loyal to Agents until its end and probably wont leave for another clan.
how about a slight edit to the idea? instead of uniting under one banner, we form a fleet in which each ICC fleet can place a representative. each rep will have their own fleets ID # memorized, thus making a communications hub for the faction.

Ummm SwitchBlade... that will never work... besides kluth NEVER attacks people before they have an advantage of 9 to 2. And anyway with the exeption of PB(I think they are back to luths but not shure) what does the luths have? well... ecm forters and cl2k weilding dessy n00bs.
