If it does not have a considerable effect, why mod it then?
Honestly i like some of your ideas... just not that flux stuff....
and this shild idea + its cannon.
the think that your torps detonate not at the models but the "green circle" is called hitbox if i remember correctly....
and it never proved to be a game breaking flaw....

I like your idea for the cloak. It does need to make the signature of a ship the ship lower. And you shouldn't be able to cloak and fire at the same time.
