Kluth only tec.

speed: same as PSI

miss load per slot :2
how it works: each power leach that hits will drain 20% of power for 5 min,
5 power leach hits in 5 min 100% power loss.
only stations in PSI slot ,dreads in PSI slot could mont this wepon.
Also there would be a kluth only mine
leach mine
works like PSI leach but has to be hit by ship

IMO sounds a bit overpowered although the Idea sounds nice...

now this sounds nice....
somewhat like the EMP mine only this one simply drains your power and most ppl know power is a matter of life and death in a fight.

nah i dont really like the mine either...
maybe the parasite instead of draining energy specifically damages jump drives...so would be like a makeshift interdictor...wouldnt go through armor or shields though
