Major update today which adding a bunch of new weapons into the mix.

* The EMP device now equipped on a few UGTO ships fires off a EMP burst which causes damage to all ships within a 500 gu area around the ship. Make certain no friendly ships are near, since this will damage them as well costing you friendly fire.
* The ICC and UGTO both now have interdictor ships, which are equipped with the Jump Disruptor. Basically, while active no ships within 1000 gu can use their jump drives, if they try then the jump drive will be destroyed.
* The ICC and UGTO now have ships equipped with scanners, which basically enhance the ships ability to detect objects. One primary use is to sweep mine-fields, since mines can be detected up to 100gu away allowing PD to destroy them with no damage to the ship. Using the scanner increases the signature of your ship by 5 points.
* Serveral ICC ships have the Pulse Shield, which when activated destroys all projectiles within 300 gu. Takes about 60 seconds to recharge before it can be used again.
* The UGTO has a new "Bomber Cruiser", equipped with the QS Bomb, the ultimate weapon of destruction. It will destroy all ships and plantary targets within 500 gu of the explosion, so fire it from a distance. The device costs 20,000 resources, thusly the bomber cruiser costs about 25,000 resources to get.

Additionally, fixed several bugs with beacons.

Fixed a sync problem with aborting jumps.
