The Kell Hounds are looking for players interested in joining the fleet. All you have to do is meet a few criteria;
1)You must have 160 Prestige.
2)You must have a Bronze Star.
3)Finally you must have read and agreed to the DarkSpace Rules of Conduct

well that limits it to only a handfull players really. Do you know how difficult it is to have exact 160 prestige? that is literally impossible
