How many people would want to be able to talk to EVERYONE on the same faction whilst in general Lobby? (although only if they are in lobby as well) Would make sending out alerts and planning much easier.

Agreed. I really like that idea. It could be made an enable/disable option though in case it gets too crowded for your own good

Yeah that would be great... I can't even begin to say the number of times I've tried calling into the lobby for GTN backup from the MV, only to have a fleet of AC's show up

Fine by me, just make sure its set to "OFF" by default.
I get enough PB Spam as it is, no need for more.
