We were talking about this today in the lobby. Is it possible to get an option for a lifetime subscription to Darkspace? Maybe for a couple hundred dollars or something?
I know for certain groups you become a lifetime member for a large one-time contribution. Would be interesting to see that happen here.
Would appreciate comments from Faustus on this topic.
Dr. Evil told me to ask him specifically.

Why would he... He can make more money off of us this way... Though i think that if it was a bout $120-$240 dollars i'm sure there'd be lots more on the servers.(Inclucing the metaverse)

IF X Number of people play for 10$ dollars a month
Then 2X would play for 5$ dollars a month
and who knows maybe 3X or 5X number of people would play for 2.50$ dollars.

this lifetimething is usually only a way for business to sell discounted or not so discounted merchandise/service to a pool of "members" unless it is some kind of charity or foundationconstruction. since DS is nothing but an onlinegame without selling all the nicknaggs of clubs where the real profit comes from, there is no reason to introduce it.

oh yes that is related to lifetime subscription because lifetime will costs loads but the cheaper it is the MORE people play so only a few would ever get lifetime anyway...maybe even none.. :S
