Planetary Fire Control

When a fleet attacks 1 side of a planet the defenses on the otherside wont fire... Defense and fighter bases alike.

Basicly this building will allow those defenses to coordinate attacks.
In other words they will fire even when nmy fleet is on the other side of the planet.

Question 1. Why should we need another building for this?
Good Idea, but I think it should just pe part of the code for defense bases and fighter bases.

Howabout self lighting-textures that get layered over the normal planet textures to represent developed areas
(these would blink a few times and turn off when bombed)

Even Better, howabout Giant Billboards!!!!

Imagine someone in a scout dodging all those missiles making the server collaps (or the object limit will be reached)

scout isn't necessairy to bomb the server since planetdefences battleling each other if they are close enough and are not on the same side (not shure if that if fixed in the patch but i would be delighted since it pretty simple to cap those busy planets).
but it might be a good idea to change the code of missdef similiar to fighters that they maneuvre around planetary objects instead of crashing into it. hiding behind it would be in vain then.
