Would it be a good idea to disable the ability to target a friendly and fire at them...? I'm getting ticked at sabateours or people who get bored or angry and decide to shoot you. Keep FF stat, nerf shoot friendly on purpose.

Then they would target the space on the far side of your ship and fire on you anyways. Plus lets face it, some people need a good slap on the back of the head from time to time.

He's got a good idea. Weapons should be grayed out when targeting a friendly!

I admit I sometimes stray into someone's line of fire and I sometimes ff people who get in my line of fire; but I don't want friendly fire gone, i just want the ability to purposely attack allies gone. (A dread decided to attack my engie, which i put a reload on, and killed me. 7500 creds... gone... i only got 70 repair out of it)

sorry Yule, but they do....one day alador tried to tractor me into a planet when I was on NavScreen. Reason: "I thought you were afk. And you have enough Prestige!"
Luckily I recognized it just in time, else I would have lost an AD.
And he was on my team. There are some really strange guys...

That has nothing to do with FF...That guy is just plain brain-dead...
I think FF is good, stupid people doing stupid things deserve to be shot...
Stupid people fluxing Team members at point blank range deserve to be shot…
Stupid people detting mines when a team member is right next to the enemy deserve to be shot…
Stupid people acting like asses deserve to be shot…
Stupid people who are too stupid to follow orders deserve to be shot…
Stupid people who jump an enemy and hit space when they reach him without looking so they disable a friendly ship deserves to be shot…
Kamikaze Chicken deserves to be shot… 
FF has its good sides...Only stupid people use it in the wrong way...
