Added /enemy chat command to send message to all enemy ships in game.

Fixed the shield/armor percentage displayed in the engineering view.

Disallow jumps when fuel is at 0.

Disabled team selection when no ships are available to select, this should avoid some confusion with players selecting k'luth only to find no ships available, then not being able to select a different team.

Added infomation display to the navigation view, now showing the current star system, and the number of planets and resources for all factions in that system.

Changed it so the message log window can be moved and resized.

well - sorry to say but

it is not working correctly

we were 5 on one side (UGTO) and became 5 different "counts" of the res. (ours and the enm.)

need a close look - i guess - tnx.
