Why dont we have a Ship that has Pre-Built Buildings like a Colony Hub or a Barracks or Such just only 1 off these ships Per Faction and can only get these back by entering the Jump Gate?

Would you REALLY want someone to be able to smack down 10 fully functional barracks onto a planet in under a minute? Just a theoretical question...
